Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms govern paid access to Resolution Assurance™ services, including website features, account-based services, and mobile application services where offered.

Applies to: Website subscriptions, platform subscriptions, account-based services, and mobile application subscriptions or in-app access where offered.
1. Overview
These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase, activate, renew, or use a paid subscription for Resolution Assurance™ services. A subscription may provide access to features, records, verification tools, sealing functions, account services, reports, downloads, mobile application features, or other paid service capabilities made available by Resolution Assurance™ from time to time.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms together with any applicable site terms, privacy terms, disclaimers, product notices, and plan-specific terms presented at the time of signup, checkout, activation, or account upgrade.
2. Services Covered
A subscription may apply to one or more of the following:
- website-based access to premium or enterprise features;
- proof, registry, verification, certificate, reporting, or governance-related tools;
- mobile application access, including app-based account functions, submission tools, certificate access, or verification utilities;
- API-enabled features, enterprise integrations, or account-linked service access;
- usage-based or entitlement-based service allowances, including seal counts, account allocations, or service quotas.
The exact services included in your subscription depend on the plan selected, any enterprise agreement in effect, and the features available at the time of use.
3. Account and Access
Subscription access may require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, account access details, API keys, mobile application authentication details, and any devices used to access the services.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account unless caused by our own failure to maintain reasonable service security.
4. Fees and Billing
Subscription fees are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees may be charged on a recurring basis, as a one-off subscription term, or under an enterprise arrangement.
Unless stated otherwise:
- fees are payable in advance;
- subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal;
- taxes, duties, and transaction charges may apply in addition to the listed fee where required;
- pricing for mobile application subscriptions may be processed through an app marketplace, platform billing provider, or an external billing system, depending on how the subscription is purchased.
5. Mobile Application Subscriptions
Where a subscription is purchased, activated, or used through a mobile application:
- access may depend on the relevant app store account, marketplace account, or mobile device authentication state;
- billing, renewals, cancellation timing, and refunds may be subject to the policies of the applicable app marketplace or payment provider;
- certain features may differ between website and mobile application environments;
- mobile functionality may depend on operating system compatibility, internet connectivity, background permissions, and device support.
Where an app marketplace controls billing, you may need to manage subscription cancellation or renewal directly through that marketplace account.
6. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Your subscription may be subject to usage limits, feature caps, account limits, seat limits, storage limits, API limits, verification limits, or seal quotas. These may be described on the pricing page, within the platform, in the mobile application, or in plan documentation.
You must not misuse the services, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with system integrity, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the service in a way that disrupts other customers or compromises service reliability.
7. Trial, Free, Beta, and Promotional Access
Resolution Assurance™ may offer trial, introductory, pilot, free-tier, beta, or promotional access. Such access may be limited in duration, features, support, reliability, or output scope, and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time unless otherwise expressly agreed.
8. Renewal, Cancellation, and Suspension
You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may suspend or restrict access where:
- payment fails or remains overdue;
- there is suspected misuse, abuse, fraud, or security risk;
- continued access may damage service integrity or platform reliability;
- your use breaches these terms or another applicable service term.
9. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced or service access has been activated. Where subscriptions are purchased through a mobile app store or third-party billing provider, refund requests may need to be directed to that provider and will be handled under its own billing policies.
10. Changes to Plans, Pricing, or Features
We may change subscription plans, pricing, inclusions, technical features, usage caps, or service design from time to time. Where practical, material changes affecting active subscribers will be notified in advance through the website, user account, email, in-app notice, or another appropriate channel.
11. Availability and Service Performance
Resolution Assurance™ seeks to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues, connectivity issues, app store delays, third-party outages, browser issues, mobile device limitations, and external platform dependencies may affect service access or performance.
12. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- information submitted through the website or mobile application is accurate and lawful to submit;
- you hold the rights or permissions necessary for uploaded content, records, files, and materials;
- your systems, devices, browser, and mobile environment are suitable for use of the services;
- you review outputs before relying on them operationally, commercially, or legally.
13. Intellectual Property
Resolution Assurance™ retains all rights in the platform, software, design, workflows, methods, branding, site materials, and service outputs to the extent owned by us. You retain rights in your own uploaded materials and original content, subject to any licence reasonably required for us to operate the service.
14. No Guarantee of Outcome
A subscription provides access to services and service capabilities. It does not guarantee any particular business result, legal result, regulatory acceptance, market acceptance, evidentiary outcome, dispute outcome, or commercial outcome.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolution Assurance™ is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, or loss arising from third-party systems, app marketplace systems, connectivity failures, or misuse of the services.
Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable consumer rights or guarantees that apply under applicable law.
16. Termination
We may terminate or disable subscription access where continued provision is no longer commercially, technically, or legally viable, or where there is serious misuse or breach. Where reasonable, we will seek to provide notice or transition information.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Subscription Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest published version on this website will apply from its stated effective date unless a separate agreement governs your subscription.
