POD Hub Statement — Version 1.0

Effective Date: 22 February 2026 · Structured Public Records. Deterministically Executed.

The Public Observational Domains (POD) hub publishes structured observational records generated under declared engine versions and domain registries. Each record represents a deterministic structural computation — not a prediction, opinion, or recommendation. These records exist to preserve transparency, reproducibility, and version-bound integrity.
