Foundation Platform™ Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Foundation Platform™ (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) handles information. It is the authoritative, standalone privacy disclosure governing use of the Platform.

Effective Date: 08 February 2026
Last Updated: 08 February 2026

1. Core Privacy Principle

Foundation Platform™ is designed around observation without possession. The Platform minimizes data retention, prefers derived signals over raw inputs, and avoids treating observation as ownership or control of information.

Privacy restraint is a design principle, not an afterthought.

2. Information the Platform May Observe

a) Publicly Observable Information

This includes information that is publicly accessible and observable without special access or privilege, such as public records or openly available statements.

b) User-Authorised Information

  • Personal documents
  • Communications
  • Files stored in user-controlled services such as Goggel One

Such access is optional, requires explicit consent, is limited in scope, and may be revoked at any time.

3. How Observed Information Is Used

  • Generate derived, non-authoritative signals
  • Apply contextual, ordinal confidence indicators
  • Preserve revision history and system behavior
  • Support transparency and auditability

The Platform does not assert truth, verify claims, predict outcomes, or make decisions on a user’s behalf.

4. Data Retention & Ephemeral Observation Boundary™

  • Raw inputs are not retained unless required for immediate processing
  • Derived signals are preferred over source material
  • Observation does not constitute possession
  • Revocation prevents future observation and derivation

Certain historical system records may persist for transparency without retaining raw source content.

5. Automation & Consent

  • Automation operates only with explicit opt-in consent
  • Scope is disclosed and user-controlled
  • Automation can be disabled at any time

Automation does not replace human judgment. Activity is transparently logged.

6. Data Sharing

Foundation Platform™ does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only to operate the Platform, with service providers acting under instruction, or to meet legal obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

  • Understand what information is observed
  • Revoke access to authorised sources
  • Request clarification of handling practices

Revocation stops future observation but does not retroactively alter historical system records.

9. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be disclosed. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
