The POD hub publishes structured observational records generated under declared engine versions and domain registries. Each record is a deterministic structural computation — not a prediction, opinion, or recommendation.

Each Public Observational Record includes:

• Record ID, engine + registry versions (domain registry, correlation matrix, entropy ruleset).
• Validation status, timestamp (UTC), and hash reference (where applicable).
• Non‑predictive / non‑advisory notices and supersession references (if applicable).
