Melbourne, Australia — December 24, 2025 — We are proud to announce the general availability of Resolution Assurance™ v4.3, the latest iteration of our independent verification framework.
In an era where “resolved” is often a subjective claim made by internal CRM systems, v4.3 introduces stricter cryptographic controls to ensure that outcomes are not just recorded, but mathematically proven.
What is New in v4.3?
This release focuses on Identity Sealing and Audit Velocity. We have enhanced the core ingestion engine to support high-frequency evidence hashing without compromising the chain of custody.
1. Enhanced Identity Sealing
Every verification event now binds the Actor ID (the system or agent resolving the issue) with the Outcome Hash. This creates an unbreakable link between who claimed the issue was fixed and what evidence they provided.
- Benefit: Eliminates “phantom resolutions” where tickets are closed without an accountable owner.
2. RFC 3161 Timestamping Upgrades
We have upgraded our timestamping authority integration. All ER021 Sealed Bundles now include millisecond-precision timestamps compliant with RFC 3161.
- Benefit: Provides legal-grade proof of exactly when a resolution occurred, critical for SLA compliance and regulatory reporting.
3. Regional Key Pinning (AU/EU/UK)
v4.3 enforces stricter Data Sovereignty. Encryption keys are now hard pinned to their specific AWS region (Sydney, London, or Frankfurt). Evidence ingested in Australia never leaves Australian jurisdiction—even for processing.
Why This Matters
The “Trust Gap” between businesses and customers is widening. Regulators are no longer accepting spreadsheets as proof of compliance. They demand immutable audit trails.
With v4.3, Resolution Assurance™ moves beyond simple logging. We provide a deterministic, tamper-evident record that stands up to external scrutiny.
“We don’t ask you to trust us; we give you the math to verify it.”
Availability Resolution Assurance™ v4.3 is live today for all Enterprise and Growth clients. API documentation has been updated to reflect the new Identity Sealing endpoints.
